Job Title: Business Analytics Manager
Location: Delhi NCR

Reporting To: Founder & CEO
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday – flexible hours)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: ₹75,000 per month
Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Business Analytics Manager to lead financial planning, cash flow management, profitability improvement, and financial systems for a growing hospitality group operating banquets, catering services, and restaurant brands.
This role requires a strong operational finance mindset with a focus on business performance, unit economics, and growth support, rather than a purely accounting or compliance-oriented approach. The CFO will work closely with the Founder & CEO as a financial partner in driving sustainable growth and profitability.
