Job Description

The Retail Banking Analytics team partners with senior business leadership to drive significant impact on initiatives that build and grow the consumer business across all areas of the Retail Bank. The team is responsible for providing data-driven insights and strategic proposals to foster a sustainable and profitable customer base. Core focus areas include:

  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Developing and implementing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell optimization to enhance customer lifetime value and deepen relationships.
  • Branch & Network Analytics: Analyzing in-branch customer behavior, transaction patterns, and network performance to optimize the physical footprint, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
