About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail‑driven, business‑minded Business Analyst to join our Central Controlling team supporting the Americas & the Pacific (AMPAC) region. This role operates as a central analytical hub , consolidating regional data, building advanced dashboards, elevating reporting standards, and driving automation initiatives that enable transparency and strategic decision‑making across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Business Analysis, FP&A, or Controlling , exceptional technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and multinational teams. This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear growth path into FP&A or Business Controlling.
