  • 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst, leading complex digital and integration initiatives across enterprise programs.
  • Demonstrated delivery experience on large-scale OpenText ECM programs—including Content Suite, xECM, InfoArchive, with strong capability in content analysis, migration strategy, metadata modelling, retention/records, and integration patterns.
  • Strong exposure to Cloud and SaaS delivery models, including understanding of environment strategies, deployment pipelines, non-functional requirements (performance, security, availability, compliance)....
