Business Analyst with German

Merkle, a dentsu company, is looking for a Business Analyst to join our client's E-Banking team and help shape the next generation of digital customer experiences.

What you’ll do

• Create and review functional concepts for E-Banking features and related systems
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Collaborate closely with specialists, business stakeholders, and process owners
• Ensure high-quality requirements through validation and acceptance testing
• Support pilot phases and migration projects for new solutions
• Contribute to release communication, including newsletters, web content, and internal updates
