Works with business stakeholders to develop business plans and supporting IT/IM strategies and plans.
Gathers and analyzes data for studies to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions and projects.
Develops documents and validates business and technical requirements by working with business stakeholders.
Specialization in development of business cases, stakeholder analysis, use case development, and information system strategic planning.
What you must have:
Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.
10 years’ experience in a business analysis role leading and documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment
