Job Description

  • Maps, analyzes, and re-engineers business processes to make them more effective through technology enablement.

  • Works with business stakeholders to develop business plans and supporting IT/IM strategies and plans.

  • Gathers and analyzes data for studies to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions and projects.

  • Develops documents and validates business and technical requirements by working with business stakeholders.

  • Specialization in development of business cases, stakeholder analysis, use case development, and information system strategic planning.



  • What you must have:

  • Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. 

  • 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role leading and documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment
