Business Analyst (Two Open Roles)

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce last‑mile execution, replenishment activities, and all courier small‑parcel transportation.
• Create, review, and continuously enhance standard operating procedures to support daily operations.
• Support the development of courier capacity, building a reliable, robust network of selected couriers.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and project management for key initiatives across banners in support of the Corporation’s True North Strategy.
• Lead data migration initiatives from SQL Server to enterprise data warehouses (e.g., IHUB), ensuring scalable, reliable, analytics‑ready models.
• Design and implement data integration pipelines across multiple environments, connecting SQL Server, Oracle, IHUB, Enterprise Data Warehouses, and Snowflake.
