In this role you will:
  • Lead end‑to‑end business analysis activities for modernization initiatives, from problem framing through to solution validation

  • Produce high‑quality artifacts such as business requirements, process maps, current/future state workflows, user‑journey maps, and acceptance criteria

  • Facilitate conversations with business partners to understand needs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions aligned to business outcomes

  • Write clear, concise, and testable user stories; support backlog grooming and story refinement sessions with engineering and QA teams

  • Ensure business requirements are clearly understood and traceable through development and testing

  • Act as a core contributor within the Agile team, participating in ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
