We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support a large-scale regulatory and licensing program. This role is focused on developing a comprehensive framework to assist staff in the enforcement of specific bylaws and operational guidelines. You will evaluate project work packages, elicit complex business requirements, and craft intuitive solutions to meet strategic goals.
