Business Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of Canada’s largest Banks. The ideal candidate will bring strong Wealth Operations and Canadian brokerage experience to support regulatory and operational initiatives.

Must haves:

• Strong background in the Canadian Brokerage industry; CSC, CPH or similar courses preferred
• Deep Wealth Operations knowledge, including client onboarding, account transfers, cash movements, corporate actions, estates, tax/reporting, trade processing, settlements, mutual funds, and reconciliations
• Experience with Wealth Ops regulatory initiatives (e.g., CRM, Total Cost Reporting, tax-related initiatives, annual remediations)
• Exposure to Managed Portfolio Solutions
• Hands‑on experience with Wealth systems such as Broadridge, FundSERV, FIS Wealthware, FIS Global Plus, W360, AWS, myWealth, RIS
• Familiarity with workflow/BPM tools (myWealth, AWS, or similar)
