Business Analyst / Tester

DHS/CBP ETMSS program role supporting requirements and quality delivery. Partner with business users and technical SMEs to gather requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain traceability, and lead User Acceptance Testing. This is a hybrid Direct Hire role in Ashburn, VA, three days onsite per week. Requirements - U.S. citizen with active DHS or Top Secret clearance - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field - 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role - Requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices - UAT planning, test scenarios/cases, test execution, and results documentation - Agile, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, strong stakeholder communication - Section 508 awareness preferred Benefits Compensation: $135,000 target salary. Direct Hire role with confirmed funding and approximately two years remaining on the ETMSS contract.
