Business Analyst – System and Tool Implementation

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will support the implementation and any enhancement of WTW's Market Facing Technology solutions within the Health and Benefits Business. This role will support both Client-facing technology initiatives and internal business tools that will ensure that we are able to deliver committed solutions to our clients. 

Part of your responsibilities are as follows: 

Market Facing Technology (MFT) Implementation

• Support the implementation of Market-Facing Technology solutions, including but not limited to flexible benefits system and employee facing self service tools and digital platforms. 

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements related to automation initiatives.

• Support configuration and implementation activities by documenting business rules, workflows, and data requirements.
