This role supports the development and delivery of innovative payment products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business & reporting requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specs
  • Document processes and workflows
  • Support project delivery and backlog grooming (PMO)
  • Manage requirement changes and maintain documentation
  • Support UAT and validate solutions against requirements
  • Improve analysis tools and processes continuously

Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 58 years business analysis experience
  • Payments industry knowledge (retail, digital, banking, EFT, etc.) advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, Draw.io, Jira, Confluence, and Visio
