Business Analyst

Position Description

CGI is seeking Business Analysts to support ongoing delivery and optimization within a managed services engagement for an Oil & Gas client. This role is focused on understanding business needs, supporting continuous improvement, and enabling efficient delivery of enhancements in a live production environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to capture and refine requirements for enhancements and fixes
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications
• Support backlog management and prioritization aligned to operational value
• Analyze and document current and future state processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Support testing, validation, and release activities
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
