Business Analyst (RPA / Analytics)

Role Summary:

The Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders and the automation/analytics

team to identify, document, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and reporting.

This role translates business needs into clear, actionable requirements for RPA, Power BI, and

Smartsheet solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business users to understand processes, pain points, and data needs

• Document process flows, business requirements, and success criteria

• Identify automation and reporting opportunities and assess value/complexity

• Support backlog prioritization and sprint planning

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical developers

• Assist with UAT, change management, and benefits tracking
