This is a senior-level BA opportunity within the Digital and Campus Services division of a well-established education institution in Melbourne's western suburbs. You'll work across BAU programs and projects, bridging business needs and technology solutions to drive meaningful operational improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Leading end-to-end business analysis across concurrent BAU programs and projects
• Running requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution scoping across cross-functional teams
• Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and leading backlog refinement with product owners and delivery teams
• Advising senior stakeholders on requirements feasibility, solution options, risks, and improvement opportunities
