Business Analyst

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in digital transformation programs,

agile methodologies, stakeholder management, program management, and business readiness

activities. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, as well as tools such as JIRA and Confluence, is

preferred. Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple geographies is essential, along

with excellent communication skills.

• Lead change impact assessment – determining business readiness activities and detailed operational impact assessment
• Ensure MI & analytics reporting is in place and Support ongoing adoption and benefits tracking.
