POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the Job: As a Business Analyst in the company, you will be a dynamic contributor to the process and system design, focusing on creating an optimal user experience and streamlined workflows. This role involves documenting a business specification, creating detailed development documents and user stories for IT development in a proprietary system, using mobile interactions, web interfaces, dashboard layouts, and database components, and collecting and understanding internal and external user requirements. The Business Analyst will collaborate with the Business and the IT Development team to develop work breakdown structures and ensure the quality of deliverables through guided questions and test cases.
