As a Business Analyst – Pega Constellation, you will:
- Lead end-to-end journey discovery and translate epics and business outcomes into Pega Constellation App Studio models
- Design and orchestrate case types, stages, steps, and success criteria using a configuration-led approach
- Apply a data-model-first design methodology, defining entities, attributes, relationships, and cardinality to ensure UI behavior is auto-derived from data and guardrails
- Configure applications directly in App Studio (case types, data objects, relationships), minimizing dependency on Dev Studio and custom rules
