Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business, Information Technology or IT related course (ECE, COM-SCI, Computer Engineering, Business Administration major in IT Management).
Work Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiarity with business analysis concepts and methodologies is a plus.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors)
- Strong knowledge of Business Requirements Analysis.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, PowerPoint, Whimsical or similar tools).
- Familiarity with BRS, and other technical documentation frameworks.
