Strategic analysis & requirements gathering: Lead end‑to‑end collection and validation of business requirements, ensuring clear alignment between stakeholders and IT teams.

Stakeholder engagement & communication: Build deep understanding of business needs and translate them into actionable inputs; maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.

Gap analysis: Identify missing capabilities and functional gaps, proposing enhancements that improve client experience, compatibility, and operational efficiency.
