Business Analyst - Onsite in Fulton, MD

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale logistics and transportation modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will understand logistics operations, transportation workflows, site survey activities, stakeholder coordination, business process documentation, and project execution and will own the current and future state workflow processes.

This individual will play a key role in maintaining the overall project plan, process mapping, current and future state workflows, coordinating activities across multiple workstreams, and ensuring timely communication between the project team and customer leadership. The project will include a combination of in-house and remote meetings, working sessions, and reviews of current transportation methods, operational processes, and site survey practices.
