Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, mapping telecom processes, and ensuring effective system integration between CRM, GIS, Network, and Inventory systems. The role involves bridging the gap between sales, operations, and technical teams to drive digital transformation, automation, and efficient service delivery in the telecom ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Engage with Sales, Planning, and Network Operations teams to gather requirements for CRM, Smart SQ, Feasibility, and Service Delivery modules.
• Translate business needs into detailed Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Define and document workflows for processes like Feasibility Check, Lead Qualification, DCAF / RFS, Work Order Creation, and Ticket Management.
