• The Business Analyst (BA) shall collaborate with the business to identify possibilities for improving business operations and processes.

• The Business Analyst shall also be engaged in the business system's design and modification.

• Their main responsibility is to collect, document, and analyse a variety of business requirements and work with the Product managers to roadmap them into the products.

• They also assist in the resolution of business issues as needed, as well as the development of technical solutions.

• They also assist in the testing of the system as well as the creation of system documentation including user manuals.
