Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that insurance product enhancements, process improvements, and system implementations are effectively designed, tested, and deployed into our core insurance system. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of insurance operations and product structures (life, non-life, or health) and experience in end-to-end system implementation—from requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
