About you You’re a seasoned senior business analyst with strong functional and technical capability across warehouse or logistics solutions. You thrive in dynamic, operationally‑intensive environments and enjoy turning complexity into clarity.
You’ll bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst across Warehouse Management / Logistics solutions (essential).
- Strong exposure to WM systems (e.g., SAP WM/EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber, or equivalent).
- Experience analysing and improving warehouse workflows within complex operations — retail sector experience highly regarded.
- Ability to translate operational requirements into system specifications and process improvements.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement across distribution centres, operations, and technology groups.
