We’re looking for an experienced Principal Business Performance Analyst with a focus on Personalization Analytics and Affiliate Marketing Analytics to join our Marketing Technology team.

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Dive deep into user-centric experiences to evaluate how personalization-led product changes affect key performance metrics, such as increasing user engagement (e.g., minutes per user).
• Provide actionable insights from affiliate partnerships performance data to drive incremental growth in conversions and scale recurring revenue.
• Harness your data science expertise to unlock personalization trends, elevate user journeys, and power data-driven business growth.
