Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst. This role is a 6 Months Contract that requires 3 days a week in the offices in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Turn complex editorial and business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
  • Document current and future workflows to support process improvements.
  • Improve multimedia production processes, from ingest and editing to storage and distribution.
  • Ensure fast, secure, and compliant delivery of news and sensitive content.
  • Act as the link between editorial (non-technical) and technical teams to keep projects aligned.
  • Run workshops, gather feedback, and support change to help teams adopt new tools.
  • Assist with implementing media systems Production Asset Management (PAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), and Content Management Systems (CMS) to support the full content lifecycle.
