Smartlane is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Business Analyst who can effectively lead and manage software development initiatives from requirement gathering to deployment.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
Lead requirement discovery sessions with internal teams and external stakeholders
Manage and coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Create BRDs, SRS, user stories, workflows, and process documentation
