Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst who can also create high-quality technical content.If you can speak to clients, understand requirements deeply, and then convert those insights into SRS, BRDs, user stories, user manuals, proposals, and technology-focused articles, this hybrid role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare technical proposals and RFP responses.
• Create BRDs, SRS documents, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in requirement workshops, scoping sessions, demos, and solution design discussions.
• Liaise between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the SDLC.
