Business Analyst- Japanese Proficiency

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong Japanese language proficiency who has hands-on experience working on projects in Japan or supporting Japanese clients. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, and delivered while maintaining cultural sensitivity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Translate business needs between Japanese and English (verbal and written) with high accuracy

Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs
