Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Generate Business leads through various online platforms like linkedin, Upwork, freelancer, fiverr etc.

Analyze requirements, data, trends, technologies, and performance metrics to initiate discussion & documentation.

Creating detailed documentation, SRS, FRD, Feature Listings, BRD, HRD, WBS & proposals, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.

Support the design and implementation of solutions by coordinating with teams such as IT, operations, and product development.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to provide actionable insights.

Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Test, validate, and ensure quality assurance for proposed solutions or implemented changes.

Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute to project planning and execution.
