Business Analyst Intern

The Business Analyst Intern will support IT projects and operations through coordination, communication, and structured follow-up. The candidate will collaborate with global teams, organize information, track tasks, and contribute to effective project execution. The intern will report directly to the IT Project Management Expert, ANZ, and work in a hybrid mode based at the PPG UOA Business Park Shah Alam.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the team lead in daily coordination, management activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, preparing discussion summaries, maintaining work timelines, status reports, task trackers and presentations.
• Follow up proactively with responsible parties to ensure completion of tasks.
• Assist in gathering, reviewing, documenting business requirements and IT review board submission.
