JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Analyst, Intelligent Automation will be part of the program delivery team for Sysco’s Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) leveraging technologies like Robotic Process Automation, Desktop Automation, Low code / No code Automation, Hyperautomation. This role is responsible for pushing through various stages in any project delivery cycle, especially during ideation, discovery, assessment, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and hyper care.
Responsibilities
Business Analyst to work on one or more of the following areas like RPA, ML, Conversational AI, Power Apps / Power Automate, Alteryx, Process Mining, etc.
Build and present business case for identified automation opportunities, including but not limited to manual collection of Automation KPI metrics (volume, AHT, frequency, FTE), calculation of the GPV and NPV, project charter, etc.
