Business Analyst II, Support Ops

Kroll Business Services (KBS) is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Support Operations organization in Manila.

This position is part of Kroll's growing operational center supporting the U.S. business, including the Kroll Government Solutions team and other KBS service lines.

This is a hybrid role that combines business analysis and project management responsibilities. As part of a small, agile team, you will wear multiple hats — defining business requirements, coordinating project delivery, and managing a small portfolio of initiatives that enhance efficiency and delivery for one of our smaller service lines.

You'll work directly with U.S.-based business stakeholders and report into the Project Management Office (PMO) within KBS Support Operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both structure and hands-on execution.
