Job Summary
The Business Analyst is a core member of NEPC’s Business Analysis team, responsible for partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to improve processes, enable scalable solutions, and support key firm-wide initiatives.
This role operates at the intersection of business operations, technology, and data - working across departments to understand how teams function today, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and user experience.
Business Analysts act as trusted partners to stakeholders by leading discovery efforts, defining business requirements, evaluating solutions, and supporting delivery through testing, validation, and adoption.
