Our company is a new business under PRTR Group, an HRIS Software with Payroll Outsourcing Services, under the management of PRTR, which has been providing service for HR Solutions for almost 30 years. With our long and well-rounded experiences, we fully understand customers' needs and expectations and ensure that our solution can effectively drive customers into the HR business.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and analyzing requirements from customers to provide the best-fit solution.
  • Designing and setting up products based on customer requirements or business needs.
  • Creating project documents and coordinating with developers.
  • Preparing and performing Unit Tests, System Integration Tests (SIT), and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
  • Performing Key User Training and Admin Training.
