Overview:
THE ROLE:
As a Business Analyst, HR Global Project Management, you will act as a bridge between various business stakeholders teams to analyze, design, and implement process and/or systems that meet our HR business needs.
You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, performing gap analyses, and ensuring that governance and/or Technology and HR solutions align with our strategic objectives and enhance our HR programs.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, gather, and document system requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of HR processes and needs.
