Business Analyst

The CBA will be required to work closely with other team members, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and clinical stakeholders in the gathering of business requirements and design of new standards to be adopted province wide. This role serves as a subject matter expert on the impact that CISs and digitization of clinical processes will have on the design of content, workflows, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• gathering and defining business and system requirements,
• facilitating engagement sessions to achieve the project’s objective,
• build, validate and test clinical content in the CIS, and
• foster and maintain close working relationships with the various lines of business to ensure the business and information technology requirements align.

The chosen individual’s work will be comprised of a mixture of steady state and project-based efforts.
