Business analyst (event registration & digital platform)

The Senior Business Analyst will play a strategic and operational role in designing and delivering a robust Event Registration Platform. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution by ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, structured, validated, and successfully translated into implementable solutions.

• Business Engagement & Discovery: Conduct structured workshops, interviews, and walkthrough sessions with stakeholders across Events, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT. Analyze and document current (“as‑is”) processes and define optimized future (“to‑be”) workflows. Identify business objectives, KPIs, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
