Overview

eir business talent have partnered with an organisation in Dublin, we are recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support multiple digital projects, including secure public‑facing web initiatives. This role suits a highly capable BA with strong requirements skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and experience working in Agile environments. This is a hybrid opportunity, expectations to be on site 2/3 times per week in Dublin central.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and creation of user stories & specifications.

  • Analyse functional and non‑functional requirements for public‑facing web platforms, including security considerations.

  • Manage stakeholders at all levels, including challenging or competing interests.
