Tasks

What you’ll do: 

  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements for IT products

  • Spot opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions

  • Translate business needs into product features that support strategic goals

  • Prepare clear specifications, process diagrams and user stories 
  • Work closely with product owners, tech teams and business stakeholders

  • Facilitate workshops and support decision-making 

  • Apply Design Thinking and a user-focused approach
