Job Description
The Business Analyst - Data Analytics & Process Improvement is responsible for analysing business, operational, and agricultural-related data to support informed decision-making, optimise processes, and improve organisational performance through continuous improvement initiatives. The role combines business analysis, process analysis, data analytics, and reporting to drive efficiency, insight, and measurable performance improvements across the organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, technical teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical insights, process improvements, and system requirements. The role focuses on business analysis, continuous improvement, data analysis, BI support, and exploratory AI initiatives to support strategic, operational, and risk management objectives, while contributing to the profitability and sustainable growth of the existing client base.
