Location: initially Chennai then Saudi Arabia

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Associate Business Analyst.
  • Strong expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and process analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL basics, data analytics, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with CRM/ERP systems or enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process Modeling), or process re-engineering.
