Role Summary

The Business Analyst supports demand management, business analysis, and documentation across IT initiatives, ensuring demand is well-defined and ready for prioritization and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and document business and IT demand.
  • Perform current-state and target-state analysis across business processes, systems, and data.
  • Develop business cases and business requirements documentation.
  • Maintain backlog documentation and demand tracking.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in demand capture and requirements documentation.

Preferred / Advantageous

  • Hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience.

Certifications

  • CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is advantageous.
