Business Analyst – Business Process Documentation

Gijima Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for two (2) experienced Business Analysts to join their team on a 6-month contract.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in engaging with multiple business units across the Organisation to capture, document, and analyze their current (As-Is) business processes. The successful candidate will facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and produce detailed process documentation and visual representations to support business improvement, standardization, and future system enhancement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst with proven process documentation experience.
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Visio or similar tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Bizagi).
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or life sciences environments (advantageous).
