Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst – Operations & Data Analytics to drive data-led process improvements across field operations and aftersales functions. The role will focus on building systems, automating workflows, defining KPIs, and enabling leadership decision-making through strong analytics and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop systems, processes, and reports to track operational performance and progress
Design data structures and pipelines to improve operational efficiency
Gather requirements from field teams, managers, and leadership and automate processes
Define KPIs and build dashboards for performance monitoring and insights
Lead data-driven projects across field operations and vehicle aftersales
Manage data for off-road vehicles, roadside assistance, B2 B customer support, and field failures
