Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our strategy and operations team. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, process optimization, and strategic execution, helping AiDASH scale its customer delivery and internal operations efficiently. You will work across business functionsCustomer Success, R& D, and Productto identify bottlenecks, derive insights, and enable faster, data-backed decisions that improve cost, schedule, and customer outcomes

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify, define, and solve key business and operational challenges.
• Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards to track portfolio health, delivery metrics, and operational performance.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, throughput, and customer delivery timelines.
