Professionals with expertise and prior work experience in Financial Services. Business analysts facilitate constant business process improvement by regular investigation, analysis, review and documentation specific areas of a business in terms of its functions and processes. 

Your key responsibilities

  • Work as a team member or team lead in banking projects.

  • Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators and customer representatives as needed.

  • Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reports to the lead and manager.

  • Be ready to travel to customer locations as required.

  • Build a quality work culture and manage performance for direct reports.

  • Foster teamwork and lead by example.

  • Train and mentor project resources.

  • Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
