Job Description

The Business Anlyst is the data and operational backbone of the AV Category Management team. The Analyst keeps the category's data accurate and current, handles Level 1 response to internal and supplier queries, and produces recurring reporting for category leadership and suppliers, allowing the rest of the category team to focus on supplier strategy and field execution.


JOB DUTIES:

  • Data Stewardship
  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date Data Lake, Category Data, and Supplier Data; perform recurring audits, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate updates with Market Development Specialists, Strategists, and Category Managers.
  • Level-1 Response
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and supplier inquiries, validate AI agent outputs, resolve exceptions, and escalate Level-2 product and BOM configuration questions to the appropriate resource.
